These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of milkylane.co (the "Site") and any services provided through it. By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site is operated by Milky Lane Pty Ltd ("Milky Lane", "we", "us", "our"), an Australian hospitality business. References to a "Milky Lane venue" are to a restaurant operating under the Milky Lane brand, whether company-owned or franchised.

Online orders are processed by our authorised partners. Prices, items and availability shown on the Site are subject to change and may differ between venues. Surcharges may apply on Sundays and public holidays. All orders are subject to acceptance by the relevant Milky Lane venue.
Reservations are managed via our reservation partner (currently SevenRooms) and are subject to that platform's terms. Each venue may set its own minimum spend, deposit, cancellation and group-booking policies. Where a deposit applies, you'll be advised before payment.
All promotions (including monthly specials, 7 Days specials and limited-time releases) are subject to availability and may be varied or withdrawn at any time. Promotions may be limited to participating venues or specific times.
Milky Lane practices and promotes the responsible service of alcohol. Alcohol is sold only to people aged 18 years or over. Photo ID may be required. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person.
Liquor licensing: Each venue holds the appropriate liquor licence under the laws of its state or territory.
Some of our products may contain or come into contact with tree nuts, peanuts, lupins, shellfish, dairy, soy, egg, sesame, fish and wheat. We cannot guarantee any item is free from a particular allergen. Please alert your server to any allergies or intolerances before ordering. See our Allergens page for more.
Information on franchise opportunities is provided for general information only. It is not an offer or invitation to enter into a franchise agreement. Any franchise opportunity will be subject to formal documentation, due diligence and disclosure under the Franchising Code of Conduct.
All content on the Site · including the Milky Lane name, logo, branding, photography, video, copy, menu artwork and graphic devices · is owned by or licensed to Milky Lane Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The Site contains links to third-party websites and services (such as delivery platforms, social media and reservation tools). We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of those sites.
The Site and its content are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties (express or implied) and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is the one published on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
