Two-Fer Tuesdays.

The Fine Print

1. This offer (the "Offer") is valid every Tuesday, all day, during standard trading hours at participating Milky Lane venues in Australia.
2. The Offer is a set bundle price for two (2) burgers purchased together in the same transaction. It is not a "buy one get one free", "two for the price of one", or half-price offer. No burger is provided free of charge under this Offer.
3. Bundle pricing is determined by the tier of the two burgers selected, as set out on the Milky Lane menu:
   • Two (2) Classic burgers - $29.95
   • One (1) Classic burger + one (1) Premium burger - $34.95
   • Two (2) Premium burgers - $39.95
Where a customer selects one burger from each tier, the $34.95 mixed price applies.
4. Burger tiers are as designated on the Milky Lane menu at the time of purchase. Classic burgers include (but are not limited to) The Milky Lane, Lil' Weezy, Fried Chicken Weezy, Birdman and The Beyondcé. Premium burgers include (but are not limited to) Big Poppa, Kevin Bacon, Post Malone, Central Cee-Sar, Chic-Kanye and Triple Cheese & Onion. Tier allocation may vary by venue and is subject to change.
5. The Offer applies to burgers only. Monthly special burgers, limited-time-only burgers, kids burgers, and any burger not listed in the Classic or Premium sections of the standard menu are not included.
6. Sides, fries, drinks and desserts are not included in the bundle price and are charged at standard menu pricing.
7. There is no maximum number of bundles per table or per transaction. Each bundle must consist of exactly two (2) qualifying burgers. An odd single burger purchased outside a bundle is charged at standard menu price.
8. Additional charges apply for extras, upgrades, add-ons, dietary substitutions and any menu modification, including but not limited to extra patties, extra cheese, bacon, gluten-free buns and sauce upgrades. These are not included in the bundle price.
9. The Offer is available for dine-in only. Not available for takeaway orders, or on third-party delivery platforms (including but not limited to Uber Eats, DoorDash, Menulog or any other delivery aggregator).
10. The Offer cannot be combined with any other Milky Lane promotion, discount, offer, voucher, gift card, loyalty reward, or franchisee-specific promotion, unless expressly stated in writing by Milky Lane.
11. The Offer is not valid on public holidays (state and national), or during any Milky Lane store event, closure, private function or venue hire.
12. No cash alternative, refund, credit or substitution is offered under this Offer. The Offer has no cash-redeemable value.
13. The Offer is available at participating Milky Lane venues only. Availability, menu range and tier allocation may vary by store. Contact your local Milky Lane venue to confirm participation before ordering.
14. Milky Lane reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or cancel the Offer, or any of these terms, at any time and without prior notice.
15. Photographs, images and menu descriptions used in the promotion are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product presentation, ingredients and availability may vary.
16. By participating in the Offer, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
