Milky Shakes Up Mondays.

The Fine Print

1. This offer (the "Offer") is valid every Monday, all day, during standard trading hours at participating Milky Lane venues in Australia.
2. To qualify, customers must purchase at least one (1) full-price burger from the Milky Lane menu in the same transaction as the discounted thickshake. Burgers already discounted under another Milky Lane promotion, deal, voucher or loyalty offer do not qualify.
3. The Offer applies to two tiers of thickshake, both sold with any qualifying full-price burger purchase:
   • Classic Thickshakes at $5 each - defined as any single thickshake from the Classic Thickshakes section of the Milky Lane menu, including but not limited to Caramel, Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate.
   • Loaded Thickshakes at $8 each - defined as any single thickshake from the Loaded Thickshakes section of the Milky Lane menu, including but not limited to Oreo, Crunchie, Biscoff, Mint Aero, Snickers and Bueno.
Monthly special shakes, kids shakes, and any other shake or dessert item are not included in the Offer.
4. One (1) discounted thickshake (Classic or Loaded) per full-price burger purchase. There is no maximum number of discounted thickshakes per table or per transaction - every additional discounted thickshake must be matched by its own separate full-price burger in the same transaction. (E.g. 3 full-price burgers = up to 3 discounted thickshakes.)
5. Whipped cream upgrade: customers may add whipped cream to any Classic Thickshake for an additional $1 per shake. Loaded Thickshakes already include their signature toppings and the whipped cream upgrade does not apply.
6. Boozy Shake upgrade: customers may upgrade any Classic or Loaded Thickshake purchased under this Offer to a Boozy Shake for an additional $5 per shake. Boozy Shakes contain alcohol and are available to patrons aged 18 years and over only. Photo identification may be required.
7. Milky Lane is committed to the responsible service of alcohol. Milky Lane staff reserve the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any patron deemed underage, unduly intoxicated, or where staff determine service would be inappropriate.
8. The Offer is available for dine-in only. Not available for takeaway orders, or on third-party delivery platforms (including but not limited to Uber Eats, DoorDash, Menulog or any other delivery aggregator).
9. The Offer cannot be combined with any other Milky Lane promotion, discount, offer, voucher, gift card, loyalty reward, or franchisee-specific promotion, unless expressly stated in writing by Milky Lane.
10. The Offer is not valid on public holidays (state and national), or during any Milky Lane store event, closure, private function or venue hire.
11. Standard menu pricing applies to all other menu items, add-ons, substitutions, and modifications.
12. Additional charges may apply for extras, upgrades, dietary substitutions, or any menu modification beyond those expressly listed above. Extras are not included in the $5 or $8 shake price.
13. No cash alternative, refund, credit or substitution is offered for any discounted thickshake under this Offer. The Offer has no cash-redeemable value.
14. The Offer is available at participating Milky Lane venues only. Availability may vary by store, including which Classic and Loaded flavours are on offer. Contact your local Milky Lane venue to confirm participation before ordering.
15. Milky Lane reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or cancel the Offer, or any of these terms, at any time and without prior notice.
16. Photographs, images and menu descriptions used in the promotion are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product presentation, ingredients and availability may vary.
17. By participating in the Offer, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
