Milky Hour.

The Fine Print

1. This offer (the "Offer") is valid Monday to Friday, from 4:00pm to 5:00pm at participating Milky Lane venues in Australia, for drinks ordered, paid for and served within this window.
2. Milky Hour pricing:
   – $12 – All Cocktails from the standard Milky Lane cocktail menu (excludes Famous Cocktails, Share Cocktails, Dessert Cocktails and Spiders, which are priced separately below).
   – $9 – Famous Cocktails, defined as the rotating Famous Cocktail selection (e.g. Creaming Soda Spider, Lychee Mojito, Bubblegum Sour).
   – $9 – House Pints (draught beer) and House Wines (glass, red or white).
   – $35 – All Beer Towers (normally $45–$55).
   – $15 – Dessert Cocktails and Spiders, from the rotating dessert cocktail selection.
3. All alcoholic drinks in the Offer are available to patrons aged 18 years and over only. Photo identification may be requested at the point of order.
4. Milky Lane is committed to the responsible service of alcohol. Milky Lane staff reserve the right to refuse service to any patron who is deemed underage, unduly intoxicated, or where staff determine service would be inappropriate or unsafe.
5. The Offer is available for dine-in only. Not available for takeaway orders, or on third-party delivery platforms (including but not limited to Uber Eats, DoorDash, Menulog or any other delivery aggregator).
6. Drinks must be ordered, paid for and served during the 4:00pm to 5:00pm window. Drinks ordered before 4:00pm or after 5:00pm will be charged at standard menu pricing. Serving delays caused by venue capacity do not extend the window.
7. Milky Hour prices apply per drink. Group ordering (rounds of drinks, share cocktails, beer towers) is subject to standard Responsible Service of Alcohol limits.
8. Cocktails, wines and beers included in the Offer are subject to the standard Milky Lane recipes and pouring specifications. Ingredient variations may occur due to supply constraints or seasonal availability.
9. Rotating drink selections (Famous Cocktails, Dessert Cocktails) are subject to change without prior notice and subject to availability at each store.
10. The Offer cannot be combined with any other Milky Lane promotion, discount, offer, voucher, gift card, loyalty reward, or franchisee-specific promotion, unless expressly stated in writing by Milky Lane.
11. The Offer is not valid on public holidays (state and national), or during any Milky Lane store event, closure, private function or venue hire.
12. No cash alternative, refund or substitution is offered for any Milky Hour drink. The Offer has no cash-redeemable value and cannot be exchanged for other menu items.
13. The Offer is available at participating Milky Lane venues only, and only at venues holding a current and valid liquor licence. Availability may vary by store and by jurisdiction. Contact your local Milky Lane venue to confirm participation before visiting.
14. Milky Lane reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or cancel the Offer, or any of these terms, at any time and without prior notice.
15. Photographs, images and menu descriptions used in the promotion are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product presentation, ingredients and availability may vary.
16. By participating in the Offer, customers agree to these terms and conditions and to observe all applicable state and territory liquor laws.
