Kids Eat Free Mondays.

The Fine Print

1. This offer (the "Offer") is valid every Monday, all day, during standard trading hours at participating Milky Lane venues in Australia.
2. To qualify, customers must purchase one (1) Burger or Burger + Starter/Side combo to the value of $25.00 or more (after any applicable discounts) in a single transaction, in the same order as the free Kids Meal.
3. A qualifying Burger or Side is defined as any single item from the Burgers section (Classic Burgers, Premium Burgers, or the currently active burger range) or the Sides/Starters sections (including Loaded Fries, Wings, and other listed sides/starters from the adult menu) of the Milky Lane menu, priced at $25.00 or more. Beverages, cocktails, shakes, desserts, all kids-menu items (including Kids Loaded Nuggets), and add-ons do not count toward the $25 minimum.
4. Under the Offer, one (1) Kids Meal from the Milky Lane Kids Menu is provided at no charge.
5. A Kids Meal is defined as any single main item from the Kids Menu section of the Milky Lane menu, including but not limited to Kids Beef Burger, Kids Chicken Burger, Kids Nuggets, and Kids Loaded Nuggets. Kids drinks, kids shakes, kids desserts and any à la carte add-ons are not included and must be paid for separately.
6. One (1) FREE Kids Meal per qualifying $25 Main Meal. There is no maximum number of FREE Kids Meals per table or per transaction – every additional Kids Meal must be matched by its own separate qualifying $25 Main Meal in the same transaction. (E.g. 3 qualifying $25 Main Meals = up to 3 FREE Kids Meals.)
7. The free Kids Meal is intended for children aged 12 years and under. Milky Lane reserves the right to request confirmation of the child's age at the point of order.
8. The qualifying Main Meal and the free Kids Meal must be ordered together in the same transaction. Retrospective claims cannot be honoured on prior or separate orders.
9. The Offer is available for dine-in only. Not available for takeaway orders, or on third-party delivery platforms (including but not limited to Uber Eats, DoorDash, Menulog or any other delivery aggregator).
10. The Offer cannot be combined with any other Milky Lane promotion, discount, offer, voucher, gift card, loyalty reward, or franchisee-specific promotion, unless expressly stated in writing by Milky Lane.
11. The Offer is not valid on public holidays (state and national), or during any Milky Lane store event, closure, private function or venue hire.
12. Standard menu pricing applies to all other menu items, extras, add-ons, substitutions and modifications.
13. Additional charges may apply for extras, upgrades, dietary substitutions, gluten-free buns, or any menu modification to either the qualifying Burger or Side or the free Kids Meal.
14. No cash alternative, refund or substitution is offered for the free Kids Meal. The Offer has no cash-redeemable value and cannot be exchanged for other menu items.
15. The Offer is available at participating Milky Lane venues only. Availability may vary by store. Contact your local Milky Lane venue to confirm participation before ordering.
16. Milky Lane reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or cancel the Offer, or any of these terms, at any time and without prior notice.
17. Photographs, images and menu descriptions used in the promotion are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product presentation, ingredients and availability may vary.
18. By participating in the Offer, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
